The New "Game Theory" = a new model for understanding business, power, competition, opportunity, influence, and success in the era we're entering.

If the old was:

  •  More visibility = more success
  •  More scale = better
  •  More competition = win by outperforming
  •  More information = better decisions
  •  More tactics = more growth
  •  Rational strategy = the path forward

The new will be:

  •  Perception and pattern recognition matter more than information
  •  Adaptability beats optimization
  •  Knowing when to move matters as much as knowing what to do
  •  Your ability to see what's emerging becomes an advantage
  •  Identity and positioning aren't separate from strategy
  •  The ability to around embodied coherence and information sourced from a higher quality of intelligence vs. a random "expert's" opinion

When you spontaneously redo an episode about a different kind of intelligence and a different kind of intelligence decides an episode is going to be 11:11 –  I mean...🤷🏽‍♀️

PS: I know what the term Game Theory means and that this is technically not it. And that's the point.

Welcome back to the podcast. Today we're gonna talk about a phrase that you may hear me say either on this podcast in the future or if you ever see me on other podcasts. And it's a wink and a nod to why the podcast is called Clear Signal way, way back, one of the first episodes of the podcast, I talked about Aries, the sign of Aries.

And I talked about that even before I did the astrological content regarding Aries, and there's a reason I did that, too. I did that because Aries is the fool. Aries is the entrepreneur. Aries is a risk-taker. Aries is the pioneer, something I've talked about at length. And at some point, the podcast was called The Aligned Alchemist.

Aries is associated with fire, and those two go together. The Alchemist, the book, is this notion of finding our way forward, finding our way through the dark, navigating the path forward on our own terms, on [00:01:00] our path. As entrepreneurs, we do that. We're... feel like we're fumbling our way through the dark sometimes.

Sometimes we know where we're going. And what's the difference between the two? Confidence and clarity, and orientation You're gonna hear me talk about orientation in the future, and what is orientation? Orientation has two components. The first is what we're gonna talk about here, and the second is what we're gonna talk about in the next episode Orientation in the next episode is about your position in the marketplace, which is positioning, which is how the market orients around you, which is a key part of what I do with people.

Orientation on Earth, orientation in life, orientation in your business is you oriented on your path, where are you on that stage of the journey, and where are you going? And how clear are you [00:02:00] about how you're gonna get there, or where you're going in the first place? Or do you have confidence that you're going in the right direction?

Can you see? That's all of that. I have tinkered with the description of the podcast many times, and part of it is honing that navigational bullseye for the person I wanna attract to this target, which is a podcast. It's not really about the description. Most people don't read a podcast description, but the description is a forced encapsulation of what the podcast is about and who it's for, and I orient around that.

I'm gonna use that description to orient all my content moving forward a navigational point. The person who I wanna attract to my work is a navigational point That changes. Targets change. So we need to be flexible, and we need to be oriented. What do I mean [00:03:00] by a different kind of intelligence? , I'll talk about that, but I wanna mention that

I want this to be a place for seasoned entrepreneurs, meaning you fucked around and found out, you've been around the block, this isn't your first rodeo. When I say seasoned, I don't mean you have to have some arbitrary revenue number, you have X number of years in business. I can't stand those.

They mean nothing. I mean you've outgrown conventional tactics. You're not still on the tactic treadmill, and you also don't think that strategy's gonna solve all your problems 'cause you've tried it and it didn't work. You're open to alternative ways of looking at things. You're what I would call premium progressive tribe, and you're open to a different kind of intelligence as you navigate forward backwards to go forwards, which is one of the four foundational pillars of season two, the first name of this podcast was The Aligned CEO.

I thought I started it in the summer of '24. I actually started a podcast in May of '23, when Jupiter [00:04:00] went into Taurus. Taurus is the throat, and every year Jupiter goes into a different sign of the zodiac, and every year Jupiter's gone into a different sign, there's been some chapter, some layer of the cake associated with this brand in very literal ways.

Very interesting. Definitely for a brand story one day. Taurus the throat started a podcast, a real podcast associated with this project. I have a side project that's a podcast, but interestingly enough, that, is going to morph into not a podcast. In that sense, the podcast was the vehicle through which that platform birthed.

Different. Started a podcast, Jupiter in Taurus, May '23, called The Aligned CEO, and even though we have gone far away from that in probably six names since then, in some ways that was what I had in mind. It was this [00:05:00] notion of the seasoned entrepreneur who's navigating through the business realm, through body wisdom, which is what people were using back then because that was referring to Human Design, they're different. They're related, but different. Human Design fits into body wisdom, but body wisdom has its own ideas, think, concentric circles.

And in many ways, I've come back to that point, the world has updated itself since then I believe in one of the prior episodes of the podcast before this, I talked about mindset and how I struggled with the word mindset because what I do is mindset work, but I am not a mindset coach. I'm not a coach, and I gave this story about I was in this group in 2023, and they were talking about getting clients on Facebook as if we were coaches from 2014, and I was like, "What the fuck are we doing?"

My point is, that's the era [00:06:00] in which I launched a podcast. So we weren't quite ready for a podcast that talks about multi-sensory navigation for leaders building a new paradigm called Clear Signal. We're still not ready for that, but you can see over the ledge. You wouldn't have been able to see over the ledge. I couldn't even explain that to you if I tried back then, and that's what I mean by sourcing from a different kind of intelligence. Not religion. It's not neuroscience. There's a lot of corporate stuff about neuroscience and executive decision-making, and that's really useful, and I might bring that in at some point. It's not necessarily intuition. That's part of it. It's not necessarily 100% focused on Human Design. That's part of it.

It's sourcing from a different kind of intelligence. It's frequency, body wisdom, Human Design, intuition, other kinds of intelligence we'll talk about in the future. Being tuned in and tapped into source, coming through you and guiding you. Also, the natural rhythms of the universe. That's why I talk about collective transits on my other platform, and I bring in here selective transits that affect society 'cause [00:07:00] they're gonna affect business.

It's being tuned in and tapped into your inner knowing and your inner signal Knowing that so that you can filter external advice through that and being tuned in and tapped into your body wisdom over what your mind is telling you, over what might make factual sense, over what other people are telling you is the way to go.

If I had to encapsulate all of that, especially if I'm alluding to something we may talk about in the future, that's a different kind of intelligence This week represents an energetic shift collectively. Also this week, we have nine planets in Aries. That's not something that'll ever happen again. There's a lot of cardinal energy, fresh, new.

Saturn, which is the planet of business, is in Aries. Last time Saturn was in Aries, we had the start of the internet, 1996 to 1999. Saturn will [00:08:00] be in Aries until early 2028, which is when I believe you'll really understand what Clear Signal is about

That's what I had in mind No one's talking about it. Or if they are, they're not talking about it because they can't really sell something with it, and that would make sense in business. But also, a lot of business leaders, they don't alienate their core audience.

Either they're get guidance from other people, and they're not talking about it. By the way, JP Morgan said that millionaires don't use astrology, billionaires do. If you think powers that be do not have an astrologer on staff, you're crazy But outside of that, that's just business timing. I'm talking about being tuned in and tapped in.

They either are not hip to it, or they're not admitting it, or they don't wanna talk about it because they don't wanna look s- not strategic to their core demographic, or their core demographic might have religious beliefs and they don't [00:09:00] wanna alienate, which is part of branding and values and filtering.

Or they don't wanna admit that they're going through a period of time where they don't know where the fuck's up. I see this a lot in the online world. Everyone wants to pretend they have their shit together, and that's why I said what I said last year when I said no one knows what they're doing in business right now, and that's the point.

I wanted to name it. I wanted to place it in the water. People pretending to be perfect. The era of pretending to be perfect is over, at least in my world, and I'm usually ahead I said in early 2025 that most gurus are just personal experiments in fancy packaging, and now people are saying that. So that aged like a fine damn wine.

I'm gonna say it here. I'm gonna say that the way forward for leaders is navigating with a different kind of intelligence Having that edge, being tuned in and tapped in, understanding when your body is telling you something different than your mind, understanding how to make strategic decisions with intuition, and of course, human design, that's [00:10:00] branding, positioning, and that's what we're gonna talk about next.

That's a little more linear I understand that in the macro business world, Human Design would be considered frou-frou. In my world, because it's a system and I can see it like it like an MRI or an X-ray, and it's so on point, and it's so no shit, I don't even think about it as an alternative tool.

When I say sourcing from a different kind of intelligence, I mean like the end of the scene in Back to the Future where Doc comes back and Marty's like, "I'll grab my keys," and Doc's like, "Uh, we don't need wheels where we're going." That's what I mean, and that's gonna be the skill that leaders and entrepreneurs are gonna be able to use in the future to orient themselves and navigate forward.

That is what I mean by a different kind of intelligence And orientation is part of it. And positioning is [00:11:00] orienting yourself in the world. And positioning in the marketplace is a whole different thing. They are related, and that's what we're gonna talk about next
